Public changelog
What changed on FT-Browser and its website
Entries describe changes that can be checked publicly. This is not padded with invented version numbers, ratings, or release claims.
July 22, 2026 — transparency and discoverability
Added a privacy-conscious recorded page-load total with an exact explanation of what it means. Added crawlable platform, installation, troubleshooting, security, policy, company, release, and measurement pages. Expanded the sitemap and internal links.
- No IP address, cookie, or device fingerprint stored for the public page-load total
- Repeat visits and refreshes are disclosed
- Download totals remain installer handoffs, not claimed installations
- Removed a shared Android activation key from public news
July 22, 2026 — interface refinements
Kept the navigation and footer fixed, reduced navigation height, corrected full-width layout, aligned route spacing, removed the programmatic title-focus outline, and normalized the typography scale across sections.
July 19, 2026 — Android availability
Connected the Android installer route to the Netlify ANDROID_URL setting and added Android as an independently counted download platform.
