How FT-Browser counts website and download activity

Recorded page loads

One count is requested when an HTML document loads on the production ftbrowser.fit domain. Hash navigation inside the homepage does not request another document and is not counted again.

• Refreshes and repeat visits count again
• The total is not a unique-person count
• Obvious automated bots and non-production hosts are excluded
• If JavaScript is blocked or the counter service fails, that load may not be recorded

Today (UTC)

The daily total uses the UTC calendar date so every visitor sees one consistent boundary. It is an aggregate row, not a log of people or devices.

Download totals

A platform total increases only after the official download service confirms an installer is configured and prepares a successful redirect to it.

• It measures installer handoffs
• It does not prove a transfer completed
• It does not prove installation or continued use
• Each Android, Windows, and macOS build has a separate total

Data deliberately not collected

The public page-load counter stores only all-time and daily aggregate numbers. It does not store IP addresses, cookies, browser fingerprints, account identifiers, or a row for each visit.
