Page-load totals

The public counter stores aggregate all-time and UTC-daily totals in Supabase. It does not store an IP address, cookie, browser fingerprint, or per-visit database record. Netlify must still process ordinary request data to deliver the site and function.

• Repeat page loads increase the aggregate
• Obvious bots and non-production hosts are excluded
• The visible number is not unique visitors

Downloads

When an official installer link is available, the download route increases that platform's aggregate handoff total and redirects the browser. FT-Browser does not label this as a completed installation.

Web Cloud beta

Cloud requests temporarily store the submitted public media URL, an opaque browser-session hash, job status, and result metadata so the request can be processed and delivered. Results and job records expire within 24 hours. A keyed daily network hash is used for abuse limits; the raw IP address is not stored in the cloud queue, and the hash rotates each UTC day.

• Media results are stored in a private bucket
• Download links are short-lived and ownership checked
• Long-term measurements contain only aggregate source, format, outcome, count, and byte totals
• Short-lived network-limit rows are deleted after two days

Public feedback

A feedback submission includes the display name, rating, message, creation time, and expiration time provided or created for that post. It is public for up to seven days and then excluded from the public stream. Do not include passwords, approval codes, private links, or sensitive personal information.

Contact and providers

If you call, email, WhatsApp, or donate, those providers process the information needed for that interaction under their own terms. The website is delivered by Netlify and uses Supabase for controlled website data.
