FT-Browser for Windows

Choose the correct FT-Browser Windows installer

Separate Windows builds help FT-Browser match the processor and operating-system combination on each computer.

Pick your Windows version

Open Settings, choose System, then About. Read the Windows specification and System type before downloading.

  • Windows 11 ARM64 for ARM-based computers
  • Windows 11 Intel for Intel processors
  • Windows 11 AMD for AMD processors
  • Windows 10 Intel or AMD for supported Windows 10 computers

Install safely

Use only links reached through ftbrowser.fit. Keep the installer name visible, read any Windows security prompt, and cancel if the publisher or source is not what you expected.

  • Close an older FT-Browser window before updating
  • Keep enough space for both the installer and downloaded media
  • Let the installer finish before opening the app
  • Report a warning with a screenshot instead of disabling security controls blindly

If the app will not start

First confirm that the architecture matches your processor. An Intel or AMD build will not replace the ARM64 build on an ARM computer.

  • Restart Windows after a first installation
  • Re-download an incomplete installer
  • Check Windows Security history for a blocked file
